Q: Are On Cloud Nine Lipz products natural?

A: Yes, OCN products are made with all natural ingredients.

 

Q: When will my order ship?

A: All orders are processed in 1-3 business days following payment receipt. Package will ship out the following business day. During holiday seasons and promotional periods, it can take up to 7-10 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will not begin processing until the next business day.

 

Q: Where is my order?

A: You will automatically receive a tracking number to track your package via USPS. Please refer to their site for estimated delivery.

 

Q: Can I return an item I am not satisfied with?

A: While OCN understands customer satisfaction, take into account COVID-19 restrictions and that all items are handmade. All sales are final. We do not issue refunds or offer exchanges. Case by case consideration may be granted by emailing info@oncloudninelipz.com.
